Our Promise

We expect you'll be perfectly happy with the clothing we have crafted for you. If you are not 100% satisfied, and the clothing you have ordered needs minor adjustments, we will have them done on our tab. Depending on the type of alteration required, this may require you to attend one of our approved alteration specialists. We currently have two such specialists - one in Bondi Junction, and one in Sydney's CBD.

In the rare case that minor alterations will not suffice, we will offer you your money back.

This guarantee applies to all non-discounted products, where we have personally taken your measurements.
