Do you have a shop or showroom?

No. We will visit you at your home or workplace within our principle area of operations (currently Sydney's CBD and Eastern Suburbs) to discuss options and take your measurments. If you live outside our principal area of operations, please contact us to see how we can serve you.

Where are your products made?

Our products are crafted by a carefully selected boutique tailoring workshop located in Bangkok, Thailand. After we take your measurements and fabric selection, we pass them on to our tailoring partners who create your garments. The whole process typically takes about four weeks.

What if the clothing I ordered doesn't fit properly?

We expect that you'll be perfectly happy witht the clothing we have made for you. However, in all cases where we have personally taken your measurements, our satisfaction guarantee applies: If you are not 100% satisfied, and the clothing you have ordered needs minor adjustments, we will have them done on our tab. This may require you to attend one of our approved alteration specialists. We currently have two such specialists - one in Bondi Junction and one in Sydney's CBD.

In the rare case that minor alterations will not suffice, we will offer you your money back.
